Welcome to Kenneth’s home.
I live in a quiet village which is a 20-minute walk from Blarney Castle with my dog Milo. Milo is a very quiet and attentive Westie. My home is on a bus route to Blarney, Cork City, and Mahon - bus 215. I live in a new modern house with amazing views. There are very scenic walks and trails close by.
I work in Cork City and have done so for over 10 years. I work in hospitality. I enjoy my work. On a day-to-day basis, I spend as much time outdoors, hill walking, hiking, and by the beautiful beaches around Cork and Ireland. As Killarney, Co. Kerry is just over an hour's drive, I spend some weekends sightseeing in this town.
I also enjoy home cooking and trying out new recipes from around the world.
I love to travel and do as much traveling as possible.
I have 2 double bedrooms available and a shared bathroom with a waterfall shower. Both bedrooms are upstairs.
Once booked with me I can confirm I solely speak English.
I can offer work experience in a local Spanish Tapas and Cafe.
I can also help find suitable work experience placement for any individual.
Blarney Castle is a 5KM walk from my home.
There is lots to do and loads to learn in Cork City which is 20 - 25 minutes by bus. I am more than happy to show any guest around this amazing city.
There are lots to explore around Cork, from the Cork City Women's Gaol, Jameson Distillery (Midleton), English Market, and The Marina Market just to mention a few.
In the city, there are many beautiful restaurants, pubs, and cafes.
