Welcome to Nantes... The French West welcomes you!!

We are a family of 4, used to hosting visitors because we are passionate about sharing our culture. We live in a large house very close to the Erdre, described by Napoleon as "the most beautiful river in France" and Nantes, a city rich in artistic culture.
With us, everything is accessible on foot or by public transport! A visit to Nantes, a hike, a canoe or bike ride, a day at the sea, and why not a getaway to Paris!!! Everything is possible without a car...
Our house is close to the Nantes universities, which are also accessible by public transport.
We will be available every day to provide you with the necessary information for your visits, activities, and any formalities.
I am a teacher in a middle and high school and a Pilates instructor. The house has its private gym.
Since everyone speaks French at home, you will be able to easily progress in our language. However, being used to traveling, we can offer our support in English if needed and will appreciate sharing with you our local or national culture and guiding you in your choice of visits.
As a family of sports enthusiasts, we will not hesitate to direct you to local facilities offering the activities of your choice or invite you to share our activities if you feel like it.
Our guests will have their private room equipped with a shower room and a mezzanine with a lounge area.
The house has an outdoor garden fully equipped with play and relaxation areas (sun loungers, garden furniture, pergola, swings, trampoline, gym…).
We share evening meals as a family, a privileged moment to talk about our days. I am committed to cooking our meals with mostly organic and local products.
Since my husband is vegetarian, vegetables often feature in our meals.
We have three hens, a turtle, and a kitten.
We will be delighted to facilitate your stay in our beautiful region, rich in culture and nature!
Everything is possible here. The sea is a 45-minute drive away, the museums of Nantes, summer festivals, festive guinguettes, bike or forest rides, urban shopping, the Voyage à Nantes (a real open-air museum...), a stroll on the Erdre...
