Welcome to Maria & Donie's home!

Hello we are a family of 5 who enjoy hosting students in our home.
Myself and my husband live with our 2 daughters and my granduncle in the Irish countryside in Tipperary. So the midlands.
We live in a big old house and feel sharing our home is a great experience for our whole family.
Our day consists of breakfast, school, family dinner, activities.
Mid week we have swimming and dancing lessons and at weekends hurling or football.
I work as a nurse so 2-3 days per week so I am at home frequently.

A typical day with us

Monday to Friday involves breakfast at 7:30am and ready to leave for school or work by 8:30am.
Lunch is had in school, usually sandwich or salad.
Everyone is home by 5 or 6 for dinner at 6:30pm. After dinner we may go for a walk, watch TV or play cards or board games.
If camps or other activities are requested during your stay this can be facilitated where possible.
