Attention Horse and Pony lovers!!
We have a small family run Riding School in county Kildare 20kms from Dublin.
We would be delighted if we could host some foreign kids this year. My son Nathan is 11 years old and loves horses and to play outside, basketball, football, trampoline, swimming, pokemon cards.
We have some lovely well trained Horses and ponies for any horse enthusiast if they wish to ride.
We have a beautiful large Georgian Home with mature gardens and lots of space close to the university town of Maynooth. Next door is a huge Golf club and Hotel with extensive Forests for walking.
You will have your own bedroom in our family home with free wifi and use of bike and all meals will be provided to our students.
We would love to host some foreign students this year to help them grasp the English language more and become friends with new people all over the world.

We spend a lot of our time outdoors with our animals. We attend horse shows and places of interest. We have a beautiful large Georgian Home with mature gardens close to the university town of Maynooth. Next door is a huge Golf club and Hotel with extensive Forests for walking.
I will bring you to the local town and further afield to explore Ireland.
The bus and train to Dublin city is 4km from our house but we go to the local town daily by car. Our family enjoys being together and there are always activities in our house like BBQ in the good weather and plenty of company. Nathan is a kind caring boy who loves to be outdoors playing games and also likes to play cards, board games when the weather isn't so good.
I spent two weeks in Ireland this summer and it was a really great experience. The family lives in the country but not too far from Maynooth. I have met Nathan who is a nice boy and we had a lot of fun toghether. I have also riden almost every day and helped with the horses and dogs they have in charge. I think it's a good stay if you like horses and you want to help with them. Also it's better if you already have a certain level in English to take part of the conversations. But it's the perfect stay for you if you want to meet new people and if you're volunteer. And of course if you want to discover a new way of living and a new culture. Most of the time, you're by yourself and you have to go and try to speak as much as possible. Don't be afraid to live your bedroom and find the different members of the family or the others students. Georgina also bring you to different activities like swimming, doing a zipline, going to the cinema, etc... So thank you really much for their kindness ! And maybe sometime we could meet again !
