Hello! We are Javier and Conso.
Javier is a high school student and is opting for engineering as his university career, so this year is going to be a tough school year for him, but he is very smart. I am a doctor but I am not currently practicing, although I am studying.
We live in one of the most beautiful and tourist-interest neighborhoods in Seville, Triana. Our home has a very good location, it is close to Parque de los Príncipes and the fairgrounds, with more than 5 different bus lines (5, 6, 41, C1, and C2) and near a metro station that can connect you with the rest of the city and neighboring towns. There are very nearby public and private schools, as well as hospitals, pharmacies, all kinds of shops, shopping centers, hotels, etc. The metro line L1 would take you closer to the Pablo de Olavide University (which belongs to the University of Seville but is located far from the city center) if you need it, as well as other university study centers that are more central and would not require public transportation if you preferred not to use it.
We will do everything possible to make you feel at home, practice the language, and live and enjoy our culture in all its fullness: architecture, sculpture, painting, gastronomy, customs...
We are a very loving, close-knit family, with very good harmony among us, responsible and healthy (we do not allow the consumption of alcohol or other drugs).
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Everything is exterior with windows (the bedrooms overlook a private community garden, very bright and quiet).
We offer and guarantee a beautiful, cozy, clean, and safe home.
If they are from the same family, up to a maximum of two people for short stays could be consulted.
The activities and views offered are free of charge; those that require payment will be the responsibility of the guest.
Both my son and I study in the morning, although if you prefer, I have the option not to attend the university during your stay so that we can do activities together, and after returning, we organize our work for the next day. We go to the gym daily as we have a sports club right across the street. The unbeatable location of our house gives you the opportunity to visit nearby iconic monuments with a simple walk or to relax and enjoy an afternoon stroll along the Guadalquivir River. If your stay is short, we can do cultural activities and visits to the most interesting areas and places, as Sevilla offers a multitude of options. Moreover, if your stay is longer, you will be able to discover all the charms of the city and neighboring towns; you will live like one of us, which will allow you to soak up our culture and experience our traditions.
On weekends, we enjoy family, friends, and the multiple leisure options that the city offers us. You can also go out with your group of friends if you prefer. With good weather, we usually go to the mountains (of Sevilla and Huelva) to enjoy the nice weather and nature by hiking. We also have impressive beaches on the coasts of Cádiz and Huelva that you can visit.
Andalusia, which is our region located in the south of Spain, has 8 provinces, some of which could be visited without needing to spend the night outside due to their proximity: Huelva, Cádiz, and Córdoba; and towns like Carmona, Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María, Aracena, Higuera de la Sierra, among others.
