My name is Vega and I am a teacher.

I live with my cat in a beautiful apartment in a central neighborhood of Palma. I have lived many years in a university city and occasionally in other European cities, so I speak Italian, English, and a little German and Catalan, although I will speak to you in Spanish so that you can learn my mother tongue. I love music, theater, traveling, reading, swimming, and gastronomy. I love living with people from other languages and cultures, and that is one of the reasons why I live in Mallorca and why I would love to host you 🏠

MY HOUSE is spacious, bright, and is a 10-minute walk from the center and the sea. If you prefer to use public transport, there are several public bus stops and taxi stands a minute away. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by various health centers, shops, and sports areas, in an area well connected to the airport and the train and bus station of Palma 🚌

You will have a very bright double room with a private bathroom, which you will have the opportunity to share. The room has two very comfortable beds (Ikea Hemnes day bed), a desk, sheets, two single duvets, bedding, and clean towels, as well as the possibility of doing a weekly laundry 🏠

In the living room of my house, you will find many books and magazines in Spanish. You can also use my piano, bike, and trx 📚🎶

My house is not a tourist accommodation, so I will only admit people who are eager to experience a language immersion in daily life and are willing to receive a minimum of 2 hours of Spanish classes (I recommend taking more hours of class) 🇪🇦📚

If you are a free spirit who wants to explore the island, I will see you at breakfast time and during your Spanish classes. If you feel like it, you are free to live with me as much as you want in my daily life to practice your language 🏝️

☀️ The stay includes:
- 2 hours of Spanish classes with the possibility of adding more.
- Breakfast, dinner, and teas.
- Assistance to move around Mallorca. Tell me what you are interested in seeing.
- The possibility of doing some activities or visiting places together that may interest you (beach, markets, museums, etc.).
- The possibility of accompanying me in some leisure activities of my daily life.
- A weekly laundry service.

☀️ Options that would have an additional cost:

- You can receive additional hours of Spanish by booking them through the platform.
- You can receive singing lessons by booking them through the platform.
- You can accompany me in activities such as meals in restaurants, concerts, theaters, cinema, etc. You would have to pay your part.
- Attendance at sports activities (swimming, gym). You would have to pay your entrance.
- Additional laundry (5 €)

- Smoking or vaping inside the house is not allowed 🌿
- Please respect the house schedules so that we can all work and rest efficiently 🧘🏻‍♀️
- Please, if you open or close a door, be mindful that you live with a cat 🐈
- Please, think that on the island, we are very environmentally sensitive. Please reduce your water and energy consumption as much as possible and generate little waste 💧
